QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
field (preferred but not required).
Experience:
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Experience in the automotive, glass, or building materials industry is a plus.
Technical & Sales Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM
Soft Skills & Work Ethics:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in achieving sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
