Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- At least a High School Graduate (Vocational or Technical training is a plus but not required).
Experience:
- No prior experience required—training will be provided.
- Must have a strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Technical & Physical Skills:
- Ability to use basic tools and equipment (training will be provided).
- Physically fit to lift, carry, and install heavy glass materials.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Soft Skills & Work Ethics:
- Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow senior installers’ instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel for installations if needed.
Other Requirements:
- Willing to undergo on-the-job training and skills development.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday and adapt to flexible schedules.
