Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team at Comglasco Aguila Glass Corporation. In this full-time, on-site position based in Paranaque City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in shaping the human capital strategy and driving the HR function forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and employee relations to policy development and organizational development.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company’s overall business objectives
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Manage the HR team, providing leadership, coaching, and development to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Identify and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, improve organizational culture, and foster a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and address their HR-related needs
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRA, CHRP) is an asset
