Booking Service Terms and Conditions

By using the Comglasco Aguila Glass booking platform, customers agree to the following terms and conditions. These govern the relationship between Comglasco and clients seeking auto glass installation or replacement services.
1. Service Description
Comglasco provides automotive glass services, including windshield, backlight, door glass, and tint installations, through advance appointments via its online booking system.
2. Appointment Booking
Bookings must be made through the official website or at designated branches.
Customers must provide accurate personal information and vehicle details during booking.
A confirmation email will be sent once the appointment is approved to the email address you provided.
3. Appointment Modifications
Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee or result in limited rescheduling privileges.
Comglasco reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational constraints (e.g., weather, availability, emergencies).
4. Payments
Service pricing will be provided via email by the branch representative and is subject to change depending on vehicle model and requested services.
Payment may be made in person during service or via digital channels, if available.
All payments must comply with Comglasco’s invoicing policies.
5. Customer Data & Privacy
Personal data collected during bookings is processed in accordance with the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Data is securely stored and only used for scheduling, verification, and service delivery.

6. Service Guarantee
Comglasco strives to provide timely, high-quality auto glass services.
If customers experience post-service issues, they may contact the relevant branch within 7 days for review or adjustment.
7. No-Show Policy
Customers who do not show up without prior notice may be flagged for future booking limitations.
Repeat no-shows may result in denial of service without prior notice.
8. Branch Availability
Services are available at select branches across Metro Manila and provincial locations. Customers are responsible for choosing the most convenient branch during booking.
9. Legal Compliance
These terms follow Philippine consumer protection laws and e-commerce regulations.
Disputes shall be settled under applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
